This car park is one of those which are stackable. Today was a light day (Columbus Day holiday), so they hadn't reached the second level when we went past. Apparently these used to be all over Manhattan as well, but land prices soared and became too valuable for this kind of arrangement.
No it's not Paris, but an imitation (I'll have a photo of the real thing up before Christmas!)
The baseball team, the LA Dodgers used to be the Brooklyn Dodgers. This is where their stadium was. When it was cleared the dirt was taken to the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, and people still visit it there today (this happened over 40 years ago!)
