Yet another scene from National Treasure is set in Philadelphia's City Hall which sits in the heart of the city (picture this building in the middle of Victoria Square and you get the picture). Slowly but surely it is being surrounded by large buildings, but it can still be seen from most points in Philadelphia and is a spectacular landmark, especially at night.
It's through these gates that Abby and Riley are chased and lose the Declaration of Independence!
