Universal Studios is famous for its tram ride, which takes you through the areas where films and TV shows have been or are being made. We drove past Wisteria Lane where they were filming Desperate Housewives as part of the tour.
The wait for the tram was one of the longest we endured in our time away, but the queue moved quickly, was undercover, had lots of TV screens to keep us amused and had misters to keep us cool.
The tour itself is a bit (a lot) cheesy. They had replaced the avalanche with a Mummy-type scenario which wasn't as good and the Cyclon attack had also been replaced by dancing cars!
