Near the Ray pool (where you candle handle Rays as they swim past), is a pearl shop. Here you select your oyster and get whatever pearl is inside. Liz did this when we first visited SDSW in 1991, and she wanted to pass on this tradition to her daughters. So Alyssa and Gemma each got to chose an oyster. Alyssa hit the jackpot with 2 pearls, a double-yolker!
