Here's some of the views we got from the top.
1) A view looking straight down King Street through Old Town Alexandria to the Potomac River.
2) New Town Alexandria, looking south over the Potomac
3) The suburbs of Alexandria, and our house is somewhere amongst all those trees near the river.
4) The Beltway/Route 1 interchange that they are upgrading as part of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge redevelopment. We pass through this on the way to/from DC.
5) The Woodrow Wilson Bridge over the Potomac linking Virginia and Maryland. Currently 3 lanes each way, soon to be 6 lanes each way. In the background is the National Harbour Convention Centre under construction.
