They had a whole inch or so of snow here. And the world has come to an end! Schools closed, government offices closed early. We reckon they have only 3 snow ploughs in all of Northern Virginia. We went out today to pick up our car, and got a call from the car yard. They weren't opening until 2pm! What's the deal?
