These are the views we have from our apartment. It is only 2 bedrooms, hence a bit squeezy, but it will do until we find some housing. We also have a rental car for two weeks, so finding our own car is a priority. We can see lots of the Washington Mall, the White House and the Pentagon, all from our windows.
We've done quite a bit of shopping, mostly clothes, as the temp here has generally been below zero (after coming from 100F), we are slowly getting used to it.
