No, we're not back in Australia just yet. But tonight, on the eve of Thanksgiving, we did the next best thing and saw the new movie AUSTRALIA! It is very full of cliches, including Rolf Harris playing the Wobble Board, Kangaroos bounding (and being shot), along with lots of Crikeys. But it was also good fun to watch. It was the first time I had seen a dramatization on the Japanese attack on Darwin. Every Australian actor alive seemed to be in it (Russell doesn't count as he's a Kiwi).
